James Martin serves as the Vice President of Executive Technology Services at Gartner, a $6.3 billion company helping clients make faster, smarter decisions based on actionable, objective business and technology insights.

James also served as Colonel for the US Army for 25 years, holding position as a Senior Information Technology Executive. James earned his Master of Science (M.Sc.), Strategy and Operational Planning from National Defense University, as well as his MBA from University of North Carolina.
