Cambria Findley-Grubb
Cambria Findley-Grubb is a communications strategist focused on rebuilding trust in the digital age. As Director of Communications & Marketing for Listen First Project, she leads field-wide initiatives that unite more than 500 partner organizations in the national bridge-building movement. Her work integrates shared narrative, coordinated digital strategy, and creative storytelling to drive participation and strengthen civic trust at scale.
Cambria has directed digital strategy for major national efforts including National Week of Conversation, America Talks, Conversation.us, and Citizen Assemblies, reaching millions of Americans and inspiring thousands to engage in dialogue across divides. She also oversees communications for Civic Health Project and the Council on Technology and Social Cohesion, advancing innovative approaches to social trust and supporting Normsy.ai, an emerging AI initiative promoting healthier online discourse.
Earlier in her career, Cambria expanded civic engagement with UNICEF USA and the American Red Cross. A Fulbright Scholar and graduate of the University of Florida (M.A.) and Chapman University (B.A.), she brings an interdisciplinary background in political communication, peace studies, and social change to every campaign she leads.
